Had an awesome stay at The Denes! The hosts were super welcoming, our room was spacious with fun decor, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Just a heads-up, the stairs can be a bit much with heavy bags, but it’s totally worth it!

Stunning views and warm vibes in Lynton 🌄
The warm welcome with tea and homemade cake was just what I needed after my long drive. The brekkie was lekker, with a decent spread of local goodies. Plus, the room was cozy and clean, with those cute chocolates on the pillow!
The bathroom pipes made a bit of noise—eina—but it didn't bother me much.

Spacious room with a great shower unit and a seating area, along with tea and coffee-making facilities provided for a cozy vibe. The option for freshly cooked breakfast with a nice variety, including two fish dishes, stands out as a large plus.
Access to the room involves climbing three flights of stairs, which may not suit everyone’s mobility needs. The private bathroom might require some adjustments if sensitive to bathroom noises. Despite these quirks, the overall cleanliness kept the stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids as the breathtaking walks along the East Lyn River to Watersmeet were a highlight. The hosts felt like family, and the breakfast was top-notch, complete with accommodating choices for my gluten allergy. The cozy games available for us to play in the evening added to the fun.
In my wife’s opinion, it would have been great to have a small play area for the kids.

The warm welcome with tea and homemade cake was a delightful touch upon arrival. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring delectable great steaks that fueled our day of exploring. the room felt smaller than anticipated, limiting comfort during downtime, and the limited seating added to that feeling of constriction.
